| The Blind Shall See |
Lord I just wanted to know why I sometimes laugh or shed that lonely tear? Why must life be so trying and so hard? Why do I always seem to be dealt the jokers' card? Why when things seem so bright, there's always a cloud? Why is the moon so far, and the thunder so loud? Why don't I always see the rainbows end? Why does a broken heart take so long to mend? Why do I never see the goodness, only the bad? Why is it so hard to make others happy, and easy to make them sad? Why in this world that you've given with love and pride, is it so difficult to walk by your side? The answers are hidden in the puzzle of life for all to find, but Lord, lead me in the right direction if you don't mind. And I will find that path that you have laid before me, I will open my eyes....and lo and behold, the blind shall see.
