Poetry how lovely you are Spontaneous flow of emotions you are So much you say and express with mere words Words enriched with real feeling, and deep emotions Every person is a poet and each have their poetry Some keep it inside and some say it till eternity Poetry how touching, moving, loving and tragic you are Laughter, smiles, tears, joy, sorrow source of all you are When the lover talks to the beloved there you are When the butterfly dances around the flowers there you are When the devotee worships the god there you are When the child cries its first cry you are there Listen to the river saying poetry as it flows Listen to the air singing poetry as it blows Look at the moon full with poetry as she shines Look at the candle with poetry it glows Poetry !Oh! poetry millions salute to you Poetry!
